Introduction
Welcome! Back to Basics is a Mixed Level class featuring drills and instruction that builds on Belly Dance fundamentals. The class starts with warm-up drills and finishes with cool-down stretches.
This class features instruction in various hip shimmies, including:
- Review of the basic hip shimmy
- 3/4 hip shimmy
- Paradiddle hip shimmy
- Various Foot patterns;
- Traveling forward and backwards
- In place variations
- Floor patterns
- Short combinations using the new movements
